F1: Former Mercedes man Milner joins Williams
Williams has announced the appointment of Dan Milner as Chief Engineer-Vehicle Technology. He joins the team after 20 years of association with Mercedes, most recently a 14-year stint with the Brackley-based organisation across the Honda, Brawn, and Mercedes team eras. During his time in Brackley, Milner contributed to multiple world championships in senior technical leadership roles including eight consecutive constructors' titles. Over nearly 14 years at Mercedes, Milner progressed from simulation and design roles into senior leadership, including six years heading powertrain integration and transmission design.
