Red Bull playing catch up with RB9 - Newey

Adrian Newey has admitted that Red Bull is "trying to catch up again" with the work on its RB9 after such a close 2012 season. Sebastian Vettel took the drivers' championship at the final race of the season in Brazil after a tight battle with Fernando Alonso, and Red Bull was working hard to develop its car right up to the end of the season. Having continued to update the RB8 until the United States Grand Prix a week before the championship finale, Newey admitted that work on the new car was more difficult as a result.
