Lotus team principal Eric Boullier got his first taste of Formula 1 victory when Kimi Raikkonen powered to the top spot of the podium at the 2012 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, now he wants to play with the big boys in 2013.

Eric Boullier: I think it is fair to say that great things are possible. The leap we made from 2011 to 2012 showed what we are capable of.
