Raikkonen: Lotus has what it takes to win championship

Kimi Raikkonen has underlined the belief that the ambitious Lotus F1 team can challenge for this year's world title after helping to reveal its new E21 in an online 'ceremony' on Monday evening.While the Finn was generally his usual understated self when it came to answering questions and discussing the year ahead, he was quite certain that the Enstone-based squad could once again be a frontrunner and, if the confidence shown in the E21 at its launch could be proven to be well-placed, knew how to take on, and beat, the likes of Red Bull and McLaren.“I think they [have what it takes to win a championship],” he insisted, “It's clear from working with them that they are racers, and you...
