Bianchi given Jerez test outing

By Editor on Monday, February 4, 2013 Jules Bianchi will test for Force India at Jerez on Friday. The French driver acted as the team's reserve driver in 2012. 'The final day of running on Friday will see Jules Bianchi behind the wheel of the VJM06,' read a Force India statement. 'Having spent 2012 as the team's third driver, Jules will be able to provide the team's engineers with further comparison feedback between last year's car and the VJM06.' Simulator driver James Rossiter will also test the car to enable the team'to benchmark the VJM06 against the team's simulator model and progress the simulator development programme.' Paul di Resta will conduct the remainder of the running.
