New race engineers for Vergne, Ricciardo

Jean-Éric Vergne and Daniel Ricciardo have both been given new race engineers this year, with Toro Rosso making further technical tweaks ahead of the 2013 season. Vergne, who had previously worked with Andrea Landi, will now be paired with Phil Charles, a former race engineer at Renault F1. Meanwhile, Ricciardo is set to team up with Marco Matassa, who worked as the Australian's data engineer in 2012. Toro Rosso also officially confirmed former Caterham man Steve Nielsen as its new Team Manager, with Gianfranco Fantuzzi leaving the position for a factory-based role.
