Caterham realistic as 2014 remains primary target

By Editor on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 Caterham Group co-chairman Tony Fernandes has said that his team should be able to fight in 2013, but that the main focus will be on moving up the grid when the new rule changes arrive in 2014. Caterham unveiled their CT03 on Tuesday morning in the pit lane in Jerez, with new drivers Charles Pic and Giedo van der Garde. 'The team has produced a car that is an evolution of the 2012 car, building on that platform to give us a chance of continuing to make progress towards the teams ahead, whilst also dedicating enough resource to start work as early as possible on the 2014 car,' said Fernandes.
