Sebastian Vettel: It will be close at the front

With minimal rule changes and many cars an evolution of last year, Red Bull driver Sebastian Vettel says the season will be “at least as tight as last year”. Rules for the 2013 F1 season have remained stable with only minor changes such as the ban on the double DRS system as pioneered by Mercedes
