Sutil emerges as leading Force India candidate

German driver Adrian Sutil has re-emerged as a leading candidate for Force India's vacant seat. Sutil drove for the Silverstone based team between 2007 and 2011 but was dropped in favour of Nico Hulkenberg in 2012. Sutil was found guilt of grievous bodily harm after assaulting one of Lotus's executives, Eric Lux, in a Shanghai nightclub in April 2011. Sutil did not race in F1 last year. 'Adrian Sutil had a seat fitting with the team this week,' a Force India spokesperson confirmed. 'At this stage the test driving schedule for the Barcelona test is not finalised but there is a possibility Adrian could be involved.' 'The driving schedule will be communicated on Monday next week.'
