Button, Perez support FIA decision to delay qualifying

McLaren drivers Jenson Button and Sergio Perez believe that the FIA had no choice but to postpone qualifying for the Australian Grand Prix. Heavy showers meant that Q1 was delayed by half an hour while Q2 was postponed until Sunday. 'I believe the FIA had no choice. It was the right call to postpone Q2 and Q3 until tomorrow, for safety reasons,' said Button 'I think the FIA stewards made the right call to postpone Q2 and Q3. The conditions were becoming too dangerous – in terms of low visibility as well as low grip,' added Perez.
