Raikkonen claims first win of 2013 season

Kimi Raikkonen claimed victory in the opening race of the 2013 season to give his and Lotus's title campaign the best possible start. The Finn came from seventh on the grid and looked set for a podium finish after making up places at the start, but as the race progressed and his tyres held steady, it became clear that victory was possible thanks to a two-stop compared to those on three-stop strategies. Fernando Alonso came in second ahead of pole position man Sebastian Vettel - all three having led the race at points. In fact, a total of seven drivers led at points. More to follow...
