Raikkonen handed grid penalty for impeding Rosberg

Kimi Raikkonen was handed a three-place grid penalty for the Malaysian Grand Prix after as he was found guilty of impeding Nico Rosberg during the final leg of qualifying session on Saturday. Having qualified seventh, the sentence drops the Finn to tenth on the grid promoting Jenson Button, Adrian Sutil and Sergio Perez higher up the order. The Lotus driver had won the preceding Australian GP from seventh on the grid but the penalty – the first issued this season - has now dented his chances of a repeat on Sunday.
