Button hails 'very productive' first day

Jenson Button was in a positive frame of mind after the opening day of the Bahrain Grand Prix weekend, hailing two "very productive" practice sessions. The Briton, who wound up 11th on the afternoon timing screens, believes his McLaren team has found a strong direction with the set-up of its initially troublesome MP4-28 chassis. "Today’s sessions were very productive for us," Button explained after stepping out of the car. "We completed some useful investigative work this morning before focusing on longer runs this afternoon. It’s very difficult to know exactly what to do with set-up.
