Williams taking it step-by-step

Williams chief engineer Xevi Pujolar admits it will take some time before the team turn their fortunes around. Having done so brilliantly last season with the team scoring 44 points and Pastor Maldonado winning the Spanish Grand Prix, it is back to battling at the back for the Grove squad this year. Not only have Maldonado and Valterri Bottas failed to pick up a point this campaign, but they are yet to make it into Q3. "I think it will be more step-by-step. Hopefully there will be times when the steps are bigger," Pujolar is quoted as saying by Sky Sports F1. "We won't suddenly go from where we are to the top four.
