Vergne eager for Silverstone after Canada result

Jean-Eric Vergne admits he's eagerly awaiting the British Grand Prix after his strong result in Canada. Vergne secured a career-best sixth place in Montreal to give Toro Rosso its best result since Sebastian Vettel was driving for the team. Having had a few days to reflect, Vergne said in his Toro Rosso blog that the result has given him a confidence boost to the extent that he can't wait to get in the car again at Silverstone. "This is an important result," Vergne said. "It shows we are doing a good job, especially at the factory. It gives everybody in the team a shot of confidence and that includes me.
