Voice of motorsport diagnosed with cancer

Veteran F1 commentator Murray Walker has revealed that he is battling cancer, having had signs of the disease picked up during treatment for a recent fall.Walker, now 89, is famous the world over for his energetic – and often idiosyncratic – narration of motorsport events, but has been sidelined in his semi-retirement after breaking his pelvis in a fall at his home last month.
