Horner not convinced that Mercedes are innocent 21 June, 2013 Christian Horner with Paul Hembery Christian Horner was the only other team principal, apart from Ross Brawn, present at the FIA tribunal in Paris where Mercedes and Pirelli were in the dock and left the tribunal unconvinced of Mercedes' innocence. Asked if he thought Mercedes had argued their case in a manner which would exonerate them, the Horner said, 'Not really, but it's down to the tribunal now. They've got all the facts so we trust in them to make the appropriate decision.'
