Ferrari thinks car is not improving

July 1st, 2013 (F1plus).-Aside from the awful lack of solid structure on the Pirelli tyres this past Sunday, something else was clear, and that is Ferrari loss of pace when compared to the top teams. Mercedes has notably improved to the point of having no opposition on qualifying, and now that one-lap pace seems to be transported to race trim as it was confirmed with Rosberg second victory three races. Red Bull looks to have the best package overall, while Lotus seems to be loosing a bit of the edge.
