Practice Two - Vettel moves ahead in Germany

The 22 Formula One drivers completed another 801 laps of the Nurburgring circuit on Friday afternoon without any problems with Pirelli’s revised tyres, as Sebastian Vettel and Red Bull jumped to the top of the timesheets ahead of Nico Rosberg’s Mercedes.Vettel recorded the best time of 1m 30.416s, but Rosberg was only 0.235s behind on 1m 30.651s. Red Bull’s Mark Webber was next on 1m 30.683s, ahead of the very close-matched Lotuses of Romain Grosjean and Kimi Raikkonen on 1m 30.843s and 1m 30.848s respectively.Everybody used the soft tyres during the 90-minute afternoon session, as well as doing distance runs on the mediums, and the 801 laps compared with only 458 this...
