Maldonado admits plenty of work to do at Williams

Pastor Maldonado has admitted that Williams still have plenty of work to do in order to close the gap on the cars up ahead. He revealed that it 'wasn't a great day' for him in the car and that improvements are needed. Speaking in a team statement after Friday practice – where he finished 15th and 18th in FP1 and FP2 – he said: 'It wasn’t a great day for us but the feeling in the car was better during FP1 than the previous race. We were trying different set-ups and rear wings across both cars, but we still need more speed to close the gap to the cars ahead.
