Symonds in, Coughlan out

Williams have announced the appointment of Pat Symonds as Chief Technical Officer, with Mike Coughlan leaving the team.Symonds joined Marussia as a consultant in 2011 having enjoyed success at Benetton and Renault winning four Drivers' Championships with Michael Schumacher and Fernando Alonso. The 60-year-old will take up his new role from 19th August and this will be his first official position with a team since being banned from the sport for his part in the 'Crash-gate' scandal in Singapore.
