Webber to miss Silverstone test

Red Bull has revealed that Mark Webber, who was due to drive the RB9 on Thursday afternoon, will miss the test while Daniel Ricciardo's outing has been rescheduled to replace his countryman.Originally, Ricciardo, who is thought to be replacing Webber when he leaves F1 for sports car racing at the end of the season, was due to drive the car this afternoon.However, in a change to its planned programme, Red Bull has announced that Antonio Felix Da Costa will drive the car for the whole of today and tomorrow morning before handing over to Ricciardo in the afternoon.As originally planned, Carlos Sainz Jr will drive the RB9 on Friday morning before handing over to Sebastian Vettel.
