Perez rates himself six or seven out of ten

Sergio Perez would award himself a six or seven out of ten for his first ten races at McLaren, admitting there is room for improvement. The Mexican joined the Woking outfit at the start of the year with wild ambitions - stating that he wanted to be fighting for the title straight away. However McLaren's technical woes have left them far from capable of challenging for podiums, let alone a win or the championship. Perez's ambitions have been toned down as a result and he is now hoping for a strongr second half after learning to grow with the team and get on top of the constant changes to the MP4-28.
