Turn 10 reconfigured at Singapore track

The contentious Turn 10 chicane at the Marina Bay Street Circuit has been replaced with a flowing left-hand corner this season, according to the F1 Racing magazine. Dubbed the 'Singapore Sling', the section has consistently raised concerns since the circuit joined the calender in 2008, with various drivers being launched into the air. In addition, minor resurfacing is going ahead between Turns 1-3, 5-8 and along Esplanade Drive in a bid to reduce the bumps experienced in previous seasons. The Singapore Grand Prix takes place on the weekend of September 20-22.
