Horner denies Ricciardo deal completed

Red Bull Team Principal Christian Horner has moved to quash speculation that a deal to take Daniel Ricciardo to the Milton Keynes-based outfit has been sealed, stating that any announcement well take place after the Italian Grand Prix. The retiring Mark Webber informed Australian broadcaster Channel 10 in the build-up to yesterday’s race in Spa-Francorchamps that team bosses had already made the final decision on who would replace him, indicating that Ricciardo had been the man chosen to fill the vacant seat.
