Pole a little bit hollow, says Webber
Mark Webber has described as "a little bit hollow" his pole position for the Japanese Grand Prix, with team-mate Sebastian Vettel suffering a late KERS issue in qualifying. Although Vettel held the advantage heading into the final shootout, the reigning World Champion suffered a repeat of his morning practice KERS problems, paving the way for Webber to record a faster time and secure his first pole position of the campaign. "My laps weren't too bad. You always want a bit more here and there but in general they were pretty good," explained Webber during the post-qualifying press conference.
