Pirelli to take 2014 tyres to Brazil

Pirelli has revealed that it will take its 2014 tyres to the season-ending Brazilian Grand Prix to give teams the chance to sample the new rubber ahead of next season.Drivers will be given the chance to run on the prototype tyre during the opening practice sessions at Interlagos, with Pirelli then hoping to run a number of other tests over the course of the winter.Pirelli will also run a test with McLaren in Italy with an older-spec car to continue work on the new tyres.“There's a couple of things that are happening quite quickly,” he revealed to the press in Abu Dhabi. “We've got a 1000km test with McLaren coming up in Vallelunga and We will be bringing to the Brazil race for P1, a...
