Di Montezemolo congratulates Todt over FIA role

Ferrari president Luca di Montezeolo has congratulated Jean Todt after he was re-elected as head of the FIA for a new four-year term.The Frenchman earned a second term in office following a unanimous vote last week, with the only man set to challenge him – David Ward – having earlier dropped out of the running.Todt, who oversaw Ferrari's return to championship glory with Michael Schumacher and Kimi Raikkonen, will now remain in his position until the end of 2017.“I wish to congratulate Jean Todt and send him all best wishes for the continuation of his efforts at the helm of the Federation,” di Montezemolo said. “I am confident that, at a time when Formula 1 is embarking on a new...
