Force India confirms Pérez for 2014

– Sergio Pérez will join Force India for the 2014 Formula 1 campaign. The Mexican, who was dropped by McLaren after just one term, partners the already confirmed Nico Hülkenberg on a "multi-year" deal. Having spent the first two seasons of his F1 career at Sauber, Pérez made the step up to McLaren at the beginning of the year, but a selection of challenging race weekends mixed with the Woking-based outfit's eagerness to promote the highly-rated Kevin Magnussen ultimately saw him brushed aside.
