Caterham confirm Jerez launch

Caterham will join Mercedes in launching their 2014 F1 challenger on the opening day of pre-season testing. The backmarker outfit, who last year were displaced by Marussia in the Championship as they fought over 10th place, will take the covers off their new car on January 28th. That day marks the first day of pre-season testing at the Jerez circuit. We'll be at all three tests, in Spain (T01) & Bahrain (T02 / T03) & we'll unveil the 2014 car on the morning of T01 day one, 28 Jan.— Caterham F1 Team (@CaterhamF1) January 8, 2014 Caterham are only the third team to confirm their launch date with McLaren unveiling on 24 January and Mercedes also on the 28th.
