Chilton fastest on day one of Barcelona test

It will come as no surprise to anyone that Lewis Hamilton topped the timesheets in the morning, but the fastest lap of the afternoon and the day came courtesy of Max Chilton. The poor weather meant the morning’s running ended an hour earlier than planned at 12PM local time to give the teams an extra hour of running in the afternoon when it was hoped the track would be drier.
