Rosberg to sign new Mercedes deal

Nico Rosberg is to stay on alongside Lewis Hamilton at the Mercedes team next season, BBC Sport can reveal. The 28-year-old German's contract was due to expire at the end of the 2014 season, but it has been extended for at least two years. A Mercedes spokesman said: 'We have long-term relationships with both our drivers.' Englishman Hamilton is in the second season of a three-year deal with Brackley-based Mercedes.
