Kobayashi: Steps aren’t big enough
Kamui Kobayashi says the steps Caterham has been making so far this season have not been big enough. Having been beaten to 10th place in the constructors' championship by Marussia last year, 2014 offered both teams the opportunity to close the gap to the front runners courtesy of the new regulations. However, Caterham has struggled to match its main rival – with Marussia scoring points in Monaco – and speaking during an exclusive interview with Crash.net, Kobayashi says Caterham has not been able to improve its car enough so far this season. “Yeah I have to say I think the car is always improving,” Kobayashi said. “But the steps are not really big enough.
