Grosjean thinks Raikkonen is lacking confidence

Romain Grosjean is not quite sure exactly what is impacting Kimi Raikkonen's form at Ferrari, but believes his former Lotus teammate could be suffering with lack of confidence.
When asked by media what he thought was afflicting Raikkonen, who has been comprehensively outperformed by Fernando Alonso at the Maranello outfit this year, Grosjean said, 'I know what he doesn't like and I think this year's tyres don't suit him very well. He needs a good front end and there tyres don't give him that feeling. It's hard to explain but it just changes a little bit your confidence.'
