Lotus F1 driver Romain Grosjean says sometimes you just have to accept it is going to be tough and get on with it. Grosjean took six podiums last season with Lotus, but this year has been very, very different and with the woeful E22, the Frenchman has struggled to get into the points, let alone the top-three.
