Whitmarsh officially leaves McLaren
– Martin Whitmarsh has now officially left McLaren, it has been confirmed, with both "agreeing amicably to part company."Whitmarsh was ousted as Team Principal and CEO at the start of the year, with Ron Dennis reappointed as CEO of the Group as part of a major restructuring process, which saw Eric Boullier take on the role of Racing Director.Speaking back in March, Dennis refused to discuss Whitmarsh's future, but now a settlement has been agreed."McLaren and Martin Whitmarsh have agreed amicably to part company," a McLaren spokesman told GPUpdate.net.Details of the settlement have not been disclosed.Whitmarsh had been at McLaren for over 20 years, but last season...
