Toro Rosso report from qualifying for the Italian Grand Prix, Round 13 of the 2014 Formula 1 World Championship, at Monza.
Daniil Kvyat (STR9-03) Third Practice Session Best lap: 1:26.437, pos. 8th, 21 laps
Qualifying Best lap: (Q1) 1:26.261, (Q2) 1:26.070, pos. 11th “P11 is a good Qualifying result in the end and I did all I could, considering that the car was still a bit tricky to drive and it was difficult to put a lap together. It’s a shame that I won’t be starting from P11, but from P21. On the positive side, we are not carrying this grid penalty over to Singapore, so I’m pleased about that. It’s hard to say what we can do tomorrow, because starting from the back...
