Hamilton pleased with clean weekend

Mercedes AMG Petronas New championship leader Lewis Hamilton says he is pleased to have enjoyed a clean weekend after he stormed to victory at the Singapore Grand Prix. Hamilton led all but two laps under the lights at Marina Bay to take the win, while team-mate Nico Rosberg retired due to a mechanical problems. Consequently, Hamilton re-takes the lead of the championship for the first time since May and now holds a three point advantage over the German. "I was so excited, I was looking for that clean weekend and this has been it," he said. "[But] it’s not perfect for the team because of Nico, there’s things we can work on."
