Honda hits back to reports and releases first engine image

October 1, 2014 (F1plus).- Just yesterday, a report stated that the japansese manufacturer was facing delays in its Formula 1 programme, basically, development of the engine for the 2015 season.  Italy's Autosprint had reported on Tuesday that the busy Japanese manufacturer is three months behind in the development of its all-new turbo V6 'power unit'. Nevertheless, Honda decided to swiftly hit back to the rumours and today it has released the first image of its 2015 power unit ahead of this weekend's Japanese Grand Prix.
