Fifth a long time coming - Kvyat

Getty Images Enlarge Daniil Kvyat admits it was a special feeling to qualify fifth for his home Russian Grand Prix and says it shows the progress made by Toro Rosso and Renault this season. Kvyat and Toro Rosso have looked very competitive all weekend, with the team often finding itself above 'parent' outfit Red Bull in the practice sessions. Kvyat managed to hook a lap together towards the end of Q3 to put him fifth and he is excited about the prospect of starting so high up on his home circuit.
