Ferrari to trial 2015 car parts in Austin
+ With an eye on next season, Ferrari will trial a series of parts at the upcoming United States Grand Prix in an effort to better understand the development of its 2015 car.
It has been a miserable season for Ferrari, which has scored just two podiums all year long, and with three races remaining the team finds itself some 387 points behind newly crowned champions Mercedes.
After a brief sign of improvement in Singapore, the Scuderia has since scored just ten points in the last two races, falling to fourth in the constructors’ championship, now just 45 points clear of a resurgent McLaren.
