Audi confirms Domenicali signing
Audi has confirmed the signing of Stefano Domenicali, the former team principal of Scuderia Ferrari. He will start working for the company on 1 November.
The news was out for more than a week already, but no confirmation of the company came until today. A spokesman of the Volkswagen owned marque admitted to DPA that the Italian would being work at Ingolstadt, the company's headquarters in Germany. Domenicali is set to work in the area of service and mobility, but recent rumours of Audi's entry into Formula One also involve a possible move for the Italian to the company's motorsport section.
