Bianchi hasn't stopped fighting, family says
Sutton Images Enlarge Jules Bianchi's family say he remains in a critical but stable condition in hospital but "continues to fight" against the injuries sustained at the Japanese Grand Prix. Bianchi suffered a diffuse axonal injury, a severe head trauma, when he collided with a recovery vehicle in wet conditions at Suzuka. Bianchi remains in Yokkaichi's Mie General Medical Centre, where he was transferred in immediate aftermath of the accident. "It will be four weeks this coming Sunday since Jules' accident and he remains in the Mie General Medical Center in Yokkaichi," Bianchi's family said in a statement on Thursday.
