Horner says Vettel will take part in qualifying
– Red Bull team boss Christian Horner has made clear that Sebastian Vettel will partake in qualifying for the United States Grand Prix, despite his engine troubles.Under the current regulations, drivers are allowed to use five of each of the six power unit elements during the season, with any more resulting in a 10-place grid penalty.Having changed his entire power unit, Vettel is set to start Sunday's race from the pit lane, and suggested in the build up to the event that he could sit out qualifying to save mileage.But Horner says his driver will be making an appearance, albeit with the knowledge that the engine is also intended for use in Brazil and Abu Dhabi."We'll certainly...
