US Grand Prix: starting grid

November 2nd, 2014 (F1Plus / Rosie Baillie) - Penalties for Sebastian Vettel, Daniil Kvyat and Jenson Button mean the starting grid for the US Grand Prix is slightly different to the order we saw at the end of qualifying yesterday.  Vettel will start from the pit lane after taking an engine penalty for using his sixth complete engine.  Kvyat drops to the back of the grid following his second 10 place engine penalty for using a seventh internal combustion engine (ICE).  The Toro Rosso driver qualified 14th which means he can't serve the full penalty in Texas, so it will carry over to the Brazilian Grand Prix.  Button received a five place penalty for a gearbox change....
