Rosberg fastest in Brazilian GP first practice

Nico Rosberg set the pace in opening practice for the Brazilian Grand Prix, finishing ahead of his team-mate Lewis Hamilton at Interlagos. Under cloudy skies, practice one got off to a busy start. Jenson Button was the first to take to the track, and he was followed out by the Lotus duo of Pastor Maldonado and Romain Grosjean. However, the Englishman pulled off track at the new pit lane entry with a mechanical problem, reporting that the car completely lost electric power. Daniel Juncadella, Max Verstappen and Felipe Nasr replaced Sergio Perez, Jean-Eric Vergne and Valtteri Bottas in the session.
