Palmer admits chances of securing 2015 F1 drive ‘slim'
+ Newly crowned 2014 GP2 champion Jolyon Palmer has admitted that his chances of securing a drive in Formula 1 next season are slim.
Palmer, who secured the GP2 series title in Russia last month with a round to spare, will test for Force India during next week’s post-season test at Abu Dhabi.
“It’ll be my first test in Formula 1. It’s a good chance to get some mileage and ahead of next year, my aim is to be racing,” Palmer said. “The chances of that are coming down and down, because there’s not a lot of cars on the grid and there are a lot of guys with big backing who have got in there already. So I’m open minded really.
