– Nico Rosberg says pole position for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is just a "small step" towards his ultimate goal of claiming the 2014 world title.The Mercedes driver outpaced team-mate Lewis Hamilton by 0.386s during Saturday evening'sdecisive top 10 shootout at the Yas Marina Circuit.Hamilton leads Rosberg by 17 points ahead of Sunday's race, but 50 points will be handed out to the winner."It's a great day.
