Michael Schumacher in pictures
One year ago today, Michael Schumacher suffered severe head injuries during a seemingly innocuous day of skiing in France. The accident left the seven-time F1 world champion in an induced coma for six months, and he now continues to fight the effects of his injuries at home. We prefer to remember him in his pomp, however, at one with Benetton, Ferrari and Mercedes machinery, standing atop the podium 91 times and the idol for fans and aspiring racers alike. From his first outing with Jordan to the final season with Mercedes, we have memories of Michael captured on film. Enjoy....
