Kvyat shrugs off testing shunt

Red Bull Content Pool Daniil Kvyat shrugged off a testing accident which scuppered his and Red Bull's running on the second day of testing at Jerez. Kvyat, driving for Red Bull for the first time, made a mistake during the early stages of the day and damaged the front wing pillar. With Red Bull not having a replacement, it means that Kvyat completed just 18 laps - most of them installation laps - without a front wing. "It was not ideal today, sometimes mistakes happen and there’s nothing you can do about them," Kvyat said. "After that we tried to maximise our day, not having spare parts to replace the wing.
